2021 Packages

​All packages include:

  • use of the grounds

  • two dressing rooms

  • first floor public spaces

  • prep kitchen

  • one hour use of the facility for rehearsal

  • two hours use of the facility for bridal or engagement pictures (not on your wedding date)

  • eight hours use of the facility on the event day (extra hours available for additional cost).

  • Tables, chairs, linens and a knowledgeable wedding coordinator, string lights in courtyard, white sheers and lights in pergola, gift cart, golf cart, dance floor and sound system.

 

  • Up to 50 guests $3,100.00

  • Up to 75 guests $3,500.00

  • Up to 100 guests $3,900.00

  • Up to 125 guests $4,300.00

  • Up to 150 guests $4,700.00

Additional Wedding Packages

  • (2) 20X30 White tent with chandelier $300.00.  Additional $150.00 if the tent is up.

  • Outdoor Heaters (2) $65.00.

  • Bridal party – Bride and bridesmaid spend the night at Dewberry Farm, breakfast the next morning $600.00. Your time is not limited the day of the wedding. Up to 8 people.

  • Rehearsal dinner- Includes tables, chairs, linens and a sound system. The facility for 4 hours $500.00

  • Galvanized wash tubs (4) $25.00.

  • Wood slabs for table centerpieces $25.00.

  • Wine barrels with wagon wheels $50.00.

  • Greenery and candles for the wine barrels $25.00

  • Hayride for guests while wedding party is taking pictures. $75.00.

  • Set up of your centerpieces/decorations $100.00.

Items included

  • Up to 150 White padded chairs for both the ceremony and reception depending on your package.

  • 19 Wooden church pews for ceremony in the barn.

  • Up to 21 60” Round tables, they seat 8 to a table, depending on your package.

  • 6 6ft Rectangle tables.

  • 4 8ft Rectangle tables.

  • 1 Sweetheart table with bride and groom chairs.

  • 1 Ceremony table with white cloth.

  • 1 44’ Round cake table with white cloth. 1DJ table.

  • White linens for guest’s tables, black linens for catering tables.

  • Gift cart. Golf cart.

  • Wedding coordinator. She will do a pre-wedding meeting with you 3 weeks prior to your event, she directs your rehearsal and your wedding. She will arrive on your wedding day 1 hour before the ceremony and stays until the end of the event. She will coordinate with your DJ for your timeline. 2 other staff members at all events.

  • Parking attendants.

  • Dance floor and sound system.

  • Prep kitchen and the refrigerator that is in the banquet room. All utensils, cups, napkins, silverware, towels, serving trays and clean up supplies are NOT included and must be brought by you.

  • Dressing rooms for the bride and groom (one for each). The rooms are to be used for the bridal party and immediate family only.

  • 1 Hour for rehearsal and 2 hours for your bridal shoot.

  • 8 Hours the day of the event. The time starts when you or a vendor gets here. Extra hours are $100.00 an hour and can be added to the front of the day, all events must end by 10:00 P.M. Your clean up time is not included in the 8 hours and can be after 10:00
