All packages include use of the grounds, two dressing rooms, first floor public spaces, prep kitchen, one hour use of the facility for rehearsal, two hours use of the facility for bridal or engagement pictures, (not on your wedding date) seven hours use of the facility on the event day (extra hours available for additional cost). Table, chairs, linens and a knowledgeable wedding coordinator,  string lights in courtyard, white sheers and lights in pergola, gift cart, golf cart, dance floor and sound system.

Up to 150 White padded chairs for both the ceremony and reception depending on your package.

19 Wooden church pew for ceremony in the barn.

Up to 21 60” Round tables, they seat 8 to a table, depending on your package.

6 6ft Rectangle tables.

1 Sweetheart table with bride and groom chairs.

 1 Ceremony table with white cloth.

1 44’ Round cake table with white cloth. 1DJ table.

White linens for guest’s tables, black linens for catering tables.

Gift cart. Golf cart.

Wedding coordinator. She will do a pre-wedding meeting with you 3 weeks prior to your event, she directs your rehearsal and your wedding. She will arrive on your wedding day 1 hour before the ceremony and stays until the end of the event. She will coordinate with your DJ for your timeline. 2 other staff members at all events.

Parking attendants.

Dance floor and sound system.

Prep kitchen and the refrigerator that is in the banquet room. All utensils, cups, napkins, silverware, towels, serving trays and clean up supplies are NOT included and must be brought by you.

Dressing rooms for the bride and groom. The rooms are to be used for the bridal party and immediate family only.

7 Hours the day of the event. The time starts when you or a vendor gets here. Extra hours are $100.00 an hour and can be added to the front of the day, all events must end by 10:00 P.M. Your clean up time is not included in the 7 hours and can be after 10:00

1 Hour for rehearsal and 2 hours for your bridal shoot.
